Calico Candle Co Return Policy
We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. Below is our simple return policy.
Body Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, all body products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Candles
Unlit candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Candles must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition. Once a candle has been burned, we cannot accept a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a store credit.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@calicocandleco.com with:
• Your name
• Order number
• A photo (if damaged)
• A brief description of the issue
We’ll take it from there.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
